I hadn't logged on the server for about three/four years now and today i update it initially started to connect, but then showed the "Server refused connection".

How can I fix this?

You have been autobanned for code 1. This is when you log in from different country than usual. Can be also because of VPN. Post request there: https://forum.city-driving.co.uk/forumdi...php?fid=25
