Hi,

Not all of the timestamps you provided broke the rules. However there was 1 or 2 of them which did, especially when he rammed ghutra towards the end. Please remember that suspects can PIT cops too, so don't consider these instances rule breaks in future.

bender1996 will be given a warning to remind him about the allowable force in chase as suspect.
