I came up with idea, that if cop decides to issue warning instead of fine, in list where to select fines would be also "Warning" option. If warning would be issued, it would be visible for next like 15 minutes if cop pulls suspect over for same offence. For example if suspect got pulled over for careless driving, and cop selects warning, next time in 15 minutes another cop pulls same person over, the warning is still visible. After 15 minutes warnings would dissapear. This way it would be known that person is repeat offender, and next time there is no point of warning him. What do you think about that?
