Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): Chase begins with Plumify. Thought It would be a normal chase, I was chasing him down the Autobahn. Suddenly he starts reversing back on the autobahn, driving down for a good while. Waits till I lose him due to being too far away. Asked him many times for an explanation and also for him to come back, although it really was seeming as he did not care about it, in addition to that, he also blocked messages which can also show that Plumify didn't care. Wrong waying timestamp: 1:23:37
