First off, i would like to thank TC for recently adding some new cars to the dealer.
I noticed that all mods so far have the same +3 base earning rate. I'm sure there are plans later on to correctly "spec" every vehicle as the mod situation becomes regularized, but some vehicles clearly should have a higher or lower earning rate.
My suggestion would be to set the veh's base earnings based on Power/weight ratio values and how they stacked up with the original s2 cars. There would be 5 different ranges of earnings from +5 to +1
The following values are bhp per ton as seen on the "info" tab in the game.
0-100 : +5 (UF1000 range)
101-150: +4 (GTI range)
151-225: +3 (TBO range)
226-300: +2 (FZ5 Range)
300+: +1 (GTR Range)
Just a suggestion that i think is fair.
