The current income for the Mosquito bike is +3 when doing the speedlimit. But the bike is slow. A higher income would be more suitable for the bike.

I suggest an income of +5.

Agreed, even in places like ASTON or WESTHILL the Mosquito can't go past 130ish km/h so this would make it more worthwhile. I'd buy one again if this went into effect (reason why i sold it to begin with)

imo I would change it so that any vehicle below a certain kW/hp range makes +6 as default, like the Invalidka, Gorb 65, the Mosquito, to name a few. Or if possible make it +7 or +8 as an incentive.

+4 would be reasonable
