Haven't logged on for a few weeks and come on to be banned.
We have a protection system that would automatically ban the player's account if the player connects from a different country so that it accounts for any possible account fraud.
Your ban has lapsed, so you should be able to connect to our servers. However, if you still find difficulties connecting, please provide us with the necessary information as stated below.

If you find yourself frequently traveling between two locations or are going on holiday, you can now enable Holiday Mode right from [TC] World. Holiday Mode will enable you to connect to our [TC] Gaming servers from another nominated country without getting a 'Code 1' ban.
To enable this feature, login to [TC] World > My Account.
