Both of your timestamps seem to be wrong, but I can see what you are referring to so I will continue.
Throughout your entire replay, aBo-KrooM is treating the server like his own personal playground: causing near-misses, causing accidents, intentionally ramming, blocking people, causing a mess. Judging by his responses in this thread, he does not care.
