Time of Incident: 16:00 - 16:30

Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): 38:08 - My phone rang, I reflexively stepped on the brake. He pulled over even though I apologized. I got an MPR because I knew it would report. I did not want to do that. It's already happening at a slow pace. All I want here is to delete the report from TC World if possible. I try very hard to protect it. I can't spoil it for such a frivolous reason.
