Hello, good afternoon, because my ping is somewhat high I am from Argentina about 260 normal ping, try to use a program called exitlag, well known to lower the ping, according to the list I would have about 200 approximately, the program has a bridge in amsneterdan (Netherlands.), it is very likely that the connection was made from there and that's why it happened what happened, also if you can check where the connection was made to know.
