unfair. player clearly doesn't demonstrate sympathy whatsoever (like most cops), abusing their ability to fine however, whenever.
All i did was cross the path (third image) and he came up with this dumb excuse (first image)

If you did, then that's careless driving and the fine is valid.

60 though? fr? it's genuinely embarassing and tiring having to deal with toxic individuals like these. as a cop, he could've at least warned me and off i would go. its cops like these that ruins their image as a whole.

There are no signs of toxicity or wrongdoing from the cop.

Fine List Wrote:Careless driving (30€ / 60€ / 100€)
Driving in a careless manner without actively endangering other cars.

Examples:
Cutting corners;
Ignoring lines, cones, barriers or traffic lights;
Drifting, doughnutting, and all kind of stunts on the track;
Operating an unsafe vehicle;
Constantly driving backwards.

If you do not wish to be fined, the best solution is to not break road laws in front of the police.

Next time, please also upload evidence. This would have been necessary if I thought you may have been entitled to a refund. From your description, the fine was completely valid and the cop did not do anything wrong in any capacity.

Unfortunately, there is no ground for a refund here.
