I was using VPN because of a route problem with my internet in another game, but I ended up forgetting to disable it when entering the server

- The country you currently live in
- The country your VPN was set to at the time of the ban

- The country your VPN was set to at the time of the ban: It was set to Brazil, it was just to change the route because of the connection problem
In this case, the use of the VPN was between the day 13/14, but I didn't report it because I didn't know the reason I received autoban. In the case when I accessed again after 24 hrs, I realized that I was still banned again.
Another point that I don't know if it would be important is the IP used by my provider, if you look for it you can point to two different places in the geo locator. The IP 38.xxx.xxx.xxx reports both Brazil - São Paulo and US United States, I don't know why.

Sorry for the delay. I have unbanned and unlocked your account. It seems their might be an error in the Geo Location information in this case. I will have Chuck look into it to avoid and future errors!
