Hello,

First of all, thank you for your reporting. I checked all the time of stamps;

in 19:42, you said "full send into my rear which was obviously he meant to ram" ;

Sadly your FXO SPORT AWD is only weights 1311 kg (2891 lbs) , you can check it from here:https://www.lfs.net/files/vehmods/A4D807

but my UF PICKUP TRUCK weights 2048 kg (4515 lbs) , you can check it from
here: https://www.lfs.net/files/vehmods/63D24B

This means bigger mass have bigger momentum. If you brake-check infront of heavier car than your car; you will get more damage then expected and again sadly; during the chase I was driving on wheel, you were driving on a keyboard. React rate on braking with pedals with foots COULDN'T be same as finger pressing.

in 21:02, you said "harsh pit maneuver" ;

There is no damage difference between before PIT-maneuver and after PIT-maneuver on your car. You can check it from images;

This one is Before;

And this one is After:

And; the last one,

in 21:21, you said "dangerous maneuver and also not calculated pit that could send me off the map"

There is no way to send you out of map because South City map have highest guardails.
It's all calculated.
Tactical maneuver and busted easily.

Thank you for your effort.

what does that have with fxo weight or ufpickup?? XD. weight don't twist the fact that you went full speed into my rear when I tried to slow down to do a U-turn. also I would have definitely been hit if I hadn't braked for the turn

Also, I had no idea what brake check meant until someone else told me about it. As you said above, if I'm doing brake checks, then why didn't I do them more than once?

Even your apology I couldn't accept it after that hard RAM that wasn't a normal crash so I can swallow it and keep playing

uugh one more thing in this replay

18:14: I'm not sure if this move is legal? That move caused me damage. Isn't it too late to do box or block? As soon as I was close to

No idea mate you seem sus to me
I've checked your timestamps carefully and the only timestamp of great concern is the first one (19:42). MBT could have done better by trying to avoid this, but you did brake hard with him behind you so this is something you should consider when attempting a u-turn. It is possible to abort a u-turn if you can see that the cop behind you is approaching fast.

I will make a record of this report, however on this occasion the evidence presented does not warrant any punishment against MBT.
