Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): Hello! As I was driving I saw a man on the street and stopped next to steal him. After the successful mission he saw and started to crash me. I slowed down to see what else he would do, but he continued. I stopped at the traffic light and he hit me at a very high speed.
(my mistake is that I didn't start talking to him, but saved the replay)
