Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):Timestamp:1:26:05. He joined the chase and he did not caught up and pitted me! This guy does not need his cop rights! (I don't post this for ban, just for his cop rights)

Regardless of whether InSim had said "caught up with the chase" or not, he had in fact joined the chase prior to making contact with you.

The "caught up with the chase" is pretty irrelevant in this case.
