Make an Item called "Income Upgrader 0.5€" / 1€.
I am not sure about the price of the item, in my opinion should be around 1k for 0.5€ and 2k for 1€ or something.
I don't think this makes any sense

Car attachment, same as the "SPREED UPGRADE 10%" for example.
When you attach it, you get 0.5/1€ more. So if the car has "Income:+4.0 € / 5s"
with 2x attachments of 0.5€, the income now is "+5.0 € / 5s"

Already agreed with ya, even tho we have the value set by dealer, making some extra bucks with an somewhat expensive upgrade is a good deal imo. +1
