Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): As of 34:35 minutes, the violation is obvious. The suspect is causing serious damage to my vehicle by dragging it towards the barriers. He doesn't apologize in any way.

This user blatantly rams you. It appears this may be a pattern based on recent in-game reports against him, however no formal admin action taken as of yet. I will be issuing him with a confirmable warning on this occasion and should this happen again, this user will face a more severe punishment.
