I guess you mean STDBIKE. However, STDBIKE is not a thing you can buy.
It's just a fallback configuration for vehicles that are not yet configured individually as it takes a certain amount of time to set all the parameters, like price, income, cargo space etc.
Therefore, for every vehicle category exists a fallback configuration, to allow them to be rented quickly before we decide to make them buyable.
They all start with STD*.
