You seem to only join the servers to cause problems. You add no actual value to gameplay.
Most recently you were intentionally hitting/ramming others and causing problems. This resulted in a forum report, where you replied with a video of "don't be mad it's only a game".
This is not your first permanent ban. You were previously permanently banned and then made an unban request, in which you promised not to ram again. That turned out to be a false promise, and ultimately you are an administrative burden.
To top this off, you put in no effort with your unban request.
If I were you, I'd consider appealing maybe in a year, with a lot more effort, and maybe the ban will be reduced to 2 or 3 years. Good luck.
