Hi,

It's evident from the replay provided & this users URS history that this player, at this moment still shows no signs of intending to play on CityDriving by the rules. The blatant disregard for how their actions & attitude & driving negatively affect other players experience is not something we've ever tolerated in our servers

(Screenshot of the user replying "ty" when the reporter confronts them with "nice ramming", further implying this players toxicity & their respect towards other players & the rules).


For the reasons mentioned above and the user in question's unwillingness to learn from administrative penalties already previously applied to the account (generally for the same reasons) and play by our rules, this player will receive a ban.

'tomstomass' will be banned for 21 days for ramming, and the general disregard toward how their behavior, attitude & standard of driving (i.e ramming, constant wrongsiding into oncoming traffic (as COP)) can affect other players experience in a negative manner.

Hopefully during this users time away, gives them time to think and figure out what it is they keep getting warned and banned for, read the rules and on their return come back with a changed attitude & mindset regarding how they act when using TC services.
