value was set to 20k but raised to 25k because allowed as a bus.
Its now removed as a bus, it doesn't worth as much.

I think the price is still in a good relation. 20k were unrealistic in the first place, so that isn't the reference here. It's 1k more expensive than the City Van, so that's the amount we're talking about here. Just 1k. One can argue if the nicer model justifies that difference.
