Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): While he was in the middle of the chase, he hit my (that ram) car 4-5 times in a row and continued to run away like it was nothing. I want something to be done

Hello, Sorry for the delay.

looking at the MPR at 24:20 this is a small ram nothing really much to worry about
but then at 24:50 this is a very blatant ram. then at 25:50 they leave server whilst still in chase.

User has been given a Ingame Confirmable warning. Ramming is not acceptable and leaving the server whilst in chase does not mean you'll win the chase.
Action has been taken as described
