17:54 (MTR)Taddy- He saw the siren warnings but did not give way

18:07/18:42 between.Suspect passes (MTR)Taddy and the player insists on not giving way.

18:24 (Give way warning)

18:20-18:27 boosted suspect (MTR)Taddy

I'm sure he was seeing the siren warning during these minutes. And my warning in the chat was ignored.
I think the players are friends

Hello,

After reviewing this I believe that Taddy didn't know the Siren was there as you were still quite a way off in the beginning. although they was on the bumper of the suspect it doesn't seem as this affected the acceleration at all of the suspect, and also after you got close, Taddy did pull off to the side when they did notice.

However they were told multiple times in chat to move out the way and ignored it for a time, as such Taddy has been restricted to a UF1 for 20minutes.
