Thank you for the report, here is what I saw:

39:15 - user enters pits in chase. Also goes behind the pit area. Is blocked by the cop, so reverses back into pits (could've been avoided by just not going into pits so no sympathy there from me).

40:33 - drives WW at speed, hits oncoming cop. Does apologise. He then hits another user, who is an AFK cop who is pushed out of pits due to another chase. Could have been avoided by just not going in pits in the first place. Says sorry.

42:44 - drives flat out into station junction from sneak way, hits user at full speed after flying over wall. No sorry.

Due to the severity of the incident, the user will be banned for 7 days due to ramming and causing a crash during a chase.
