Hello, I hope you have a good forum. Normally I don't want to deal with these people, but I was the one chasing and Samet was using a lot of force during the chase, especially at 03.20.43. Nice effort but I have to question whether those (approximate) 50 timestamps and 75 screenshots are proportional to the alleged offences. In its current state, the admin who would deal with this report (if any choose to do it at all) would be spending many hours of their time on this.

I am wondering if there is something you can do to trim this down.
- I'm not sure how useful screenshots of the replay are if you have already uploaded replay and stated timestamps. I view this as doubling up on the evidence unnecessarily
- Are all of these approx. 50 timestamps relevant? Maybe you would like to show the most relevant or egregious examples?

Honestly speaking, it may be a few weeks or a month before someone is able to finish this report in its current state. Please let me know if you are going to amend.

Let me summarize, Samet's deliberate dragging of my car in front of him drags me all the way to the lights, it's not just for one place, it's everywhere in timing so I'll try to reduce it but he does these movements everywhere, even where he pushes me into the barriers. How can I do it?

You said most of the time that I am ramming you, and I would like to point out that almost most of the force I use are tactical attacks meant to set you back. I have a heavy car and you have a light car, I use this to my tactics in not getting busted.

You say you are trying to slow me down by getting in front of me, you are doing your duty as a police officer, this is very normal. However as a suspect, I try to avoid unnecessary use of force and escape with minimal harm to either of us but that means I can also use force to push,

so first things first, let's get the elephant in the room out of the way - that was mostly a complete waste of my precious time. Such a petty report I've not had the "pleasure" to deal with in all my active TC life.

From the get go during the first few timestamps I noticed this will be one of those "I'll make sure to find every single contact during the chase because I dislike this person" kind of reports.

To you, AlpBura06 - Not every single contact to your vehicle, namely when you are moving slowly and you are in a paperweight vehicle chasing a big, clunky SUV, when you move in front of such a vehicle you can expect to be hit in the back at low speeds. Second thing is, when he hits your bumper(s) at low speed to make you spin that is a perfectly valid strategy to use and whenever you move in front of such a vehicle you are exposing yourself to such maneuvers. Third, when you move in to overtake such a vehicle in a tight spot, expect the vehicle to try to cut you off (a few instances where you went to overtake against the fence and Samet cut you off). Those strategies are perfectly valid for the suspect and it is up to you to pick your "fights" with such a vehicle correctly and most importantly - smartly.

That being said, there are a few instances where Samet goes in deliberately to ram. Therefore, since this is not his first time ramming, he will be receiving a 7 day ban for his actions.

You, AlpBura06, however, will receive a warning for using excessive force on Samet's vehicle on a few occasions during the chase. Take this warning to learn from your mistakes and correct them.
