23:55:25 decides to follow the chase
23:09:11 when i was overtaking him he tries to block me
25:23.00 rammes me
25:36:30 blocks my car to bust me
28:29:30 crashes another car

Seen the user ramming on the server and also insulting, hes banned for 150days, but thanks for the report.
