Whilst in chase, as i'm doing full speed, he decides as i'm coming past to turn into my direction of travel and causing me to hit the barrier at full speed.

As far as I understand this isn't allowed and the speed he was doing it was basically a moving roadblock.

Also his attitude afterwards didn't help his case any.
Didn't want to report it but since he suggested it I thought I may aswell.

The maneuver Lancer did was completely acceptable, you could have slowed down when you saw him. He broke no rules there in my books.

As for the aftermath, it could have been handled much better between both parties. The way you acted could have been looked at like you were a bit whiney, and Lancer wasn't that much friendly back to you. I don't think anything here deserves administrative action, but thanks for your report anyway.
