The new test patch will contain multiplayer improvements and will be used to test the Romanian language pack, if it's finished on time.

Looks like it's time to get my test patch folder out again. I wonder what "improvements" will be released.

Let me make this clear, it won't just be the Romanian language pack, it's stated in a few threads that he's releasing multiplayer updates so I guess he's found at least some motivation.

Bez, test patches usually come out in batches. Once one test patch comes out, more follow as improvements are finalised. Who knows, this could be one of many releases before the big one.

Im glad even if its just minor updates, as they at least show they are still alive and working on it.

I doubt there'll be anything big, unless he's suddenly got some inspiration while working on the hacker stuff, as I guess most of the big stuff will be S3 related. There are a few of the things left that were on the 'pre beta' list I suppose, although the whole alpha/beta classification has changed since then anyway.

BTW, from what was said in the OP link, the patch is mainly to do with the multiplayer improvements. The Romanian translation hasn't actually been finished yet (117 lines to go) so it may not be included until it's more or less finished/likely to be finished for the official patch.
