If she's refused to withdraw it, then good for her. I would personally see absolutely no problem, it's not the same shape, it's not the same colour, it's not the same logo. (Ironically typed from a Macbook)

Apple is just a power thirsty business like any other. They won't comment on the story because it's bad for publicity..
