Because the other account has been linked to this one, and you can only take training on one account.
Both accounts have their cop rights revoked, so one of them will stay that way while the other will be eligible for training.

If you want to take the training, you'll need to PM one of the trainers. Once someone has time, you can do the training

is that right, that i must write michi , for the police training ?
