Reason for report: Ramming as cop outside a chase, sirens and strobes on, continued after I saved replay. Also calling Saphira 'whore' after I got in server.

Time stamps:
~ 40 seconds WhiteY sais 'blond advice?' to Saphira, who told him to look map before pulling out.

~ 2 minutes 58 seconds WhiteY; 'whore'

~ 22 minutes 5 seconds WhiteY puts siren and strobe on for no reason at all, he did not start a chase or join a chase. After that, Major speeding on GTR vehicle.

~ 26 minutes 52 seconds -> ramming civilians.
