and i did saw siren thing 1024m too

I guess not. That kind of glitch (usually) occurs when leaving track and taking an offorad shortcut. Ie from the hills -> Highway 1. Insim prevents huge jumps in the location to distinguish between whether you're on or under the bridge.

If you go back to the location shown in the display, the logic should continue working normal.

Lag (of many seconds) on your end can cause a jump as well.
