Just a simple fast edit

Possibly just ruined the whole photo with the over exposed headlamps, sorry D:

If the background was a bit darker, I think that would look pretty much perfect?

Thought I'd try giving some weather effects a go again!

I want to try perfect the rainy scene's green light reflection effect in the future and try making police lights in the rain, might be a bit difficult lol.

But im not gettin, why you painted the reflection of the green light when its very far. Maybe i dont get why you tryed , but looks really good!

It was an attempt at replicating how lights act when there's wet surfaces around, such as in this image:

 
It definetely needs some work, I just thought why not give it an attempt anyway.
