Does it count if you were the "Worst Cop" and "Slowest" on purpose

I just have to say reading the nominations gave a good laugh!

But, how does that not make sense? He's the fastest of the slow car, so, at the end, he's still slow.

It's not a slow car around the track we were using, it's probably one of the fastest cars around it. Your point is invalid
