Little update on the CURPA, i got a forge induction kit a while ago as it was going cheap even though the long ducting has to be bent around the engine bay and I didnt feel any gain with it.
The 1.4tsi is in many diff cars so i ordered a 90degree bend from the sirrocco tsi kit and cut up the long ducting to use as a connector Much more improvement and the sound is good too, can hear the turbo spooling and sucking more now.

Intake temps have been reduced by around 50% of previous and stay low even when giving it some when these cars after repeated runs would suffer from heat soak, specially at traffic lights after a few standing starts lol
