Yeees. Although the swap won't happen very soon...
I spent the whole darn day cleaning up my dads garage... You can still see on the right side and the rear how messed up it was (you could barely move in there and the shelfs were unorganised and messy).

The red one already has a good engine (same as the silver one currently does)
I have 4 cars and currently only the 1974 Sonett is drivable! What is this black magic. I do have a 2013 Mini Countryman S All4 loaner right now I love though.
The blue bunny I believe blew its alternator in the accident. (how I don't know but this was the first time I tried driving it since the incident.) Really really bad burning smell becoming from that corner of the engine bay.
I love it. It's really a brilliant car, but I was to drive a $35,000 Golf TDI or Tiguan to compare. The gearbox is impressive and it has a great growl. I wish theyd grow the brand up more and just do a Heads Up Display of the speed and remove the gauges. Step into the future.

Must resist urge. 1980 Lago Blue Rabbit, favorite year(only year for that front end, rarest mk1 body) and favorite color. But it was hit and crappily resprayed. Another one owner 42,000 mile car!
