And Crille, those cars are pretty common here. Not the fastest or most economical though, but rather big (and heavy).

At least it's a manual, I've seen too many of those full of lazyomatics.

Yea there big and heavy, this has an 2.5" exhaust system and Growler cold air intake and gives it some extra powerrrrr Biggrin (Flash tune inc. did it said the owner)

Compared to our Ford Territory the falcon feels like an 8.

Dad hates driving it because he says its over powered.

Might take it the eastern creek when they have a wet pan day on and try her.

Also, might hunt around for a nice set of rims, nothing too low because im towing the boat and stuff so i cant really get Low Profiles, and our roads are shit and they get bent with out pot holes.
Maybe ill lower it a inch in the future. Proberly not depends on how it will tow.

He has a 'quattro' version. Normally pushes about 220bhp out of a 1.8l (?) engine. He eh.. did some things to it, and if I remember it correctly from the old forums, it was close to 290 ~ 300.

You remember quite correctly Johan in stock it pushes 225HP out of 1.8l, in last summer it did run on 280+HP but in autumn a have encountered some software issues that caused some hardware probs so it runned only ~250HP. Now software and hardware problems are gone but im running it on low boost atm (componets aren't to software specs). I have ordered one of these and bigger intercooler, in spring new custom software that will take all out. Hoping to brake 300HP whit under 2bars of boost Biggrin

Ive been looking at the water/meth injection for my Cupra (noticed the alcohol injection site in your post) and a lad with a polo GTi has just had it done. seems to have made a world of difference for him!

Holy sh*t!!! it was like sticking another small engine to help mine under the bonnet.With the roads dry in parts today, I was able to give it the full throttle and even at 70mph+ was still getting wheel spin. The middle and top end of the rev range is MUCH stronger than before and Steve says that after a few days it will feel even better.
To say I'm impressed is an understatement

Nothing has changed on it so far. Been quiet gentle with it recently but comming home tonight was giving it some on and off the slip roads and round bends it bloody flies now over and above the law abiding speed limit even more now its had its Jabba map on for a few weeks now.

EDIT: Also special, on the Fiesta ZS you can turn the TC off, the smaller engined ones will be gutless but the 1.6 is what it is. Its cheap to insure and really good fun to drive. Your just used to huge landys thats all Tongue You'd probs not like my cupra either.

lol I know its cheaper than the fez was/would be to insure. =| Admiral have it wrong on thier database the FR 150 is more expensive than the Cupra 180. The GF refused to go in the car when I started talking about getting a fast car but she came and picked it up with me and she hates to say she really likes it. Other day she even commented on how well it handled-And I used to drive the "best handling in class" Fez around like it was on fire!. I have to say ive not pushed the Cupra far on speed or handling counts yet. Its really nice and easy to drive though quickish round corners the Xdiff works really well to keep it on track and pull it round corners. Going to get some 1/4 miles done and some track days maybe once(ahem... if) I get this water meth injection because running the car hard for hours will see crazy high temps in the engine block, the WMI should reduced these by alot.

The power delivery of this car is something else, matched with the DSG its just constant, seemless power that really pulls you. I mean a 2nd attempt on a wetish road 5.6s 0-60( did I post those pics up?) Ohmy crazy times for a lightly modded map and a induction kit. Thing is though now where other cars might start pulling a lead (hypothetically racing) now at higher speeds they will have a harder time with the added kapow of the remap.
Yes you posted those pictures about the 0-60 sprint's. Sounds fun though. Saw your-kind-off cupra a few weeks ago, doesnt look to bad in reallife, but its something 'else'.
I will use water/meth mix for cooling intake temps down, in summer i had over 70C intake temps Ohmy Additional power is just for extra fun Tongue
If you have intake temp probs then water/meth injection is best way to lower it, just remember that you need to remap our ecu for injection to get proper advance from it Smile

Might of damaged my differential/rear suspension components while messing around the snow Mad. Winter season is over for me Sad
I got the Peugeot nice and dirty today. Gotta love driving through the woods and mud with a French car. It's a shame you can't turn the ESP off permanently.

Cas if you really wana turn it off ust pull the fuse for the sensor though it may also effect the ABS ect lol. I know if you did it in a fiesta(had a 1.2 curtesy car while mine was being fettled with) Pulled the Fuse but it also connected to the spedo/rev counter and the ABS
