Bought a Honda XL600V Transalp. Here it is with my 'old' GS500F. Some size difference huh? Biggrin

Car stuff has been somewhat put aside for a while, but took it out for a regular wash today. In the upper left corner you can see a bit of the new tent I'm storing it in.
Looks good. Sweet little car wish we got them here! Right now I'm dealing with a stuck crank pulley bolt that is just laughing at me. (Installing non AC pulleys while I have the head off for the header and cam install.) Tried easy outs, nothing, heat, nothing, impact see above. Looks like I'll have to drill it out. They are socket head cap screws and strip very easily.
Some will say, scrap it.

I wont. Took it off from road use, searching for a new rear axle, straight piping it, replacing the n75 valve, doing brakes, oil, brakefluid, welding the sills.

Just too good to scrap with the rebuilt engine.
Sell the engine, sell the good parts, scrap it.
Or alternatively, buy a ~200€ VW Caddy Mk1, install TDi engine in it, scrap the rest.

I´m a person that doesnt do anything with a car that less than 5 seats so Biggrin Also im planning to give this car to my sister next year when she gets his license so my parents dont need to buy her a car Biggrin
Toni swap into an VR6 engine instead
buy an old smart car and swap the engine just before your sisters gets it Biggrin
I guess the price for all the parts you have been putting in it now you could have bought a cool car Tongue
I could of yes. But all of the monies gone into it are not my own monies. half of it are loaned from parents.
From a ride today:

I may post too many pictures to my Instagram. I might be addicted to these things that burn dinosaur testicles. Confused
Went for a drive around our favourite local roads with my mates. His Mini is an absolute bomb to drive! Biggrin Knowing you will die if you have the slightest of crashes Smile

The weather wasn't exactly pretty, so the pictures came out a bit shady due to the lighting. Meh.

Atleast its rwd xD
I'd love an original Mini, but as far as I know, all but one here have succumbed to rust.
Can't resist a bit of a drive around Holme Moss can you Luke? Wink
@Sebas Put a trailer at the back and count me in.
