The Saab broke on the way back home. It's been sitting like a dead duck in my driveway ever since. I bought the Mazda from a collegue for very cheap as I absolutely needed a car to get to work.
As for the Saab, it's already for sale. I found out too many issues pointing to a really beat-up vehicle so I'm not taking any chances.

Why don't you buy and put the driveshaft (i think that's what it is) in the car before you sell it? unless that is not the only problem with it, at least you can say it runs so you can bump the price up quite a bit more?
