It pulls well, spins up Toyo proxy's in the dry in third. Quicker to 70/80 than my 182 but I think the Clio would pull a gap after that. Not sure about the waterpump, think it had belts and everything done at the same time, it was the guys first car, his second was a BRZ he bought brand new.
I love all the wagon love lately! And on that note I'm finally getting a wagon myself!
Just out of curiosity last week I asked my friend who is a VW salesman to look for leftover Tornado Red with black interior manual transmission 2017 Golf Sportwagen 4Motions. He informed mere there were only 10 new 2017s remaining in the US, all 10 of them were unfortunately DSGs, only 3 had a black interior, and only 1 was Tornado Red. While I wasn't keen on the DSG, everything else was perfect! It gets into my dealership tomorrow and I take delivery next week. Only $19,000USD out the door! Aside from wheels/tires, an OEM DSG cooler, OEM Euro trailer hitch and removing the front plate bracket I'm keeping it stock through the warranty period. After the warranty expires I'll swap the turbo, have it tuned and possibly put it in air ride. It's going to be my daily driver and my last car purchase for a while. Now I can finally go all out track toy with my Golf!
Here's a couple pics from the other dealer.

Everyone always says that, don't they?
After the MOT inspector not liking my stretch, a punctured left front and honestly getting tired of the crazy howling from my old tires, and potentially looking for more performance upgrades later, I decided to buy a more sensible set of tires. I already had this set of wheels in storage so I used them for now. I might replace the wheels with something more "race" later on if I find something nice on the market, but these will do famously for now.
They're rather good quality german wheels, although in a perfect world they would have an offset that's about 10-20mm lower. Most likely not gonna bother with spacers though.
For the tires I decided to go on the chinese side with the Rotalla Setula E-Pace (that's a mouthful) because I heard some very good experiences with them compared to premium brands, also they were very cheap indeed and apparently quiet.
We'll see if they perform at all or if I'm going to have to sell them and get something else.
not bad Aj, i did tint my windows yesterday, 95% looks alright

Suits a wagon. I'm sure it would help keep the sun out too in this summer heat...
Nothings really changed on the Passat atm, changed the oils and all filters, next on the list is discs and pads and maybe one caliper (sticks). Oh, and removed plastidip from mirrors.
Looks way better without the black plastidip on the mirrors. Sadly i dont have a photo of it in its current state.
Bought a 2008 Yamaha FZ6-N to replace my Honda Transalp 600 for a bit
Looking to replace the fugly stock mirrors and change the indicators to OEM clear glass ones instead.
That's a really neat bike Cola!

Grey or Bronze thats the question, what do you guys think?
I like the bronze, works well as an accent colour on a dark car.
