Undercover taxi, heard of them in NYC and around CT.
I haven't seen one of those when I went to NYC.. (maybe I did, but it could have just been patrolling)
It´s used for covert ops. I would get out and shoot the people that refused to move though.

I thought that Leon, it just goes to show that the most common car in NYC is a yellow taxi cause having and normal car would just blow their cover, Pretty cool though.
