Had to do two replays as I had timed out between the two occurences. Yes he did apologise, but I'm not accepting it. Perhaps if it was a slight touch, I'm fine - ramming me to the other side of the road really is not acceptable, regardless of an apology.

I can vouch for this, on multiple encounters he has refused to pull over for a trailing chase, he is oblivious to traffic as if we were AI traffic causing constant crashes, he obviously doesn't respect TC and its rules

He is brand new to the server (joined 2 days ago), and doesn't seem to understand how we work here. I am going to give him a warning, but if he does it again, he will be banned. Nothing in the report seemed purposeful, just some bad driving and not apologizing. As a new user, I don't think he understands what we expect, and I will give him a chance to show it.
