Hello ! I know this thread is a bit silly , but i restored my computer and i dont have any sets :/ . So i am accpeting Cruise Setups , some Drift Setups and some Race too (All cars) .

I don't think people are going to hand away their setups that easy. From my own setups I know that creating one, sure takes a hell of a long time to touch it up sticking it to the ground, and even then there's still tweaking with it to get gearings done and such things.
I think the best bet for setups, would be Setupgrid.net. Get your setups there, and take time to tweak them to your own driving style. (For instance, I have a very stiff car while those-who-wont-be-mentioned- like to have a boaty setup and takes an age to master)
Tommer always goes with "drive a setup untill your not skidding it, or crashing it anymore for atleast 5 laps, then make a change and see if the ride improves or not".
