Since when does poorly painting over other peoples skins qualify as skinning?

LOL what are you doing Ken Block ? Who will use ER skins is he is in other team ?

You can't say your team made the skins, if they added "[ER]" and "AMBULANCE" on a public skin... Those skins can be found with normal ambulance texts WITHOUT the ER logo.. I see no point on 'publishing' these.
