I'have applied 3 times but i've got a question.
Josh just told me that its permament.. Is it possible to get that discreased?
Because i want to play TC in some years or earlier ( hope so )

Your appeal was only denied 5 days ago. Give it at least a little more time.
Seeing as Josh said it's permanent, it's most likely permanent. Posting a lot of threads is probably not going to help your case at this point.
