His ignoring the siren caused an accident. I know this is "normal" on the server but this guy ignoring communicate with me, so he forced me to report.

I count five entries on his URS to do with sirens/chases, and I'm not letting him get away with this for two reasons:
On two counts he fails to respect sirens, first hit when you were in a chase looked somewhat of a mistake, though he never apologised (should have!), second hit when you were in a chase actually looked intentional but at the same time looked accidental, but no apology again. Then he randomly goes AFK, or just chooses to ignore you. That's complete ignorance and I'm banning him for a week.

"RG^T.Ulrich - STOP RAMING U BOON", I think you meant "noob", but please try and remain calm when someone breaks the rules.
