Today, 11:50, I was cruising, I was about to overtake Chill and a XFG, the XFG moved on the grass to let Chill pass, he had clearly enough room to pass, but Chill steered into me and crashed.
He was using police horns before overtaking, which is illegal for a civilian.

Well we was making fun with Fattehh for a sec and yes i didnt watch mirrors when i pass .
Also said sorry too .Used sirens to test that does my script work for profiler . But it was only for 7 sec

It looks like an accident, even though there was totally no need to steer to the left that much. About the sirens, it looks like he used it to make the XFG move. He should know that he isn't allowed to do this.

I'll put a warning in place.
