I'm watching currently.

There's already been a serious crash, within the first 10 minutes.

Danish Aston Martin with Allan Simonsen behind the wheel had a hard meeting with a barrier just at the start of the long straight.

Latest news is that he's alive and conscious and being treated at the hospital.

It sucks...

Just heard on TV, that it might've been a ferrari he needed to miss, and then hit the barrier instead (?)

God damnit, I'd love watching it, but 1st of all, my Eurosport is down, and I don't wanna watch it on the PC, and I'm not home for the next 10 hours anyway.

Damn, just got home and currently watching on TV2.

To me it seems a bit unreal that he's just gone like that. So many crashes happen in motorsport, and luckily, most people survive them during to the many safety precautions.

But no matter what, R.I.P Allan Simonsen.

There's just been another crash. Luckily the driver is standing up.
