1. Roadblock on right side incoming traffic on left side where i go ? aim on cop or crash incoming traffic.
2. Roadblock on both sides no choice, a breaks as long i can, just what he is trying to do ?
3. Roadblock but he movet to right side, one more time on both sides, i cont do noting i hit him, steering not workin good
4. Roadblock on both sides again, that start to be realy boring.

P.S. if that is a new rules tell me so i can know !

Roadblock 1: Seems like a legitimate roadblock to me. Nothing of concern here.
Roadblock 2: Nothing wrong here.
Roadblock 3: User did move a tiny bit, but you didn't choose to react (taking into account your damage). Nothing really punishable here.
Roadblock 4: This was a legitimate roadblock.

To clarify the rules to you, cops are allowed to roadblock for chases. Moving roadblocks are not tolerated. Shredder's, on the third roadblock, technically did move but all things considered, action should not be necessary.
