Thanks and please don't say: "Bruno ur a big nub"
Bruno ur a big nub

Just kidding

I'm don't think it is possible to remove the black part
Bruno nub.

No, serious, I have that as well, it's impossible to do, just a standard Facebook "feature".
It's strange, another facebook page haven't got that..

Everyone has it, just not as noticeable as others.
All depends on what picture you have as your cover.
What are black?

I believe he's talking about the black gradient at the bottom of his cover photo.

Yes, is that.
I think you can't do nothing for it.

But 100% sure...
You can remove it by removing the class "coverBorder" using the JavaScript console elements viewer in Chrome/Firefox

The element giving your cover photo that gradient effect is pictured here:

It's a 1px*95px image repeated along the x-axis.

Deleting that DIV element would remove the gradient.

I know this doesn't solve your problem but just thought I'd prove that it is possible to remove it temporarily at least!
only helps you though, why not give your cover photo a positive gradient and then it wont show up
It fades to black with 95% opacity so that wouldn't work. It would only work up to 50 something %
